Services we provide
Most of what you need from a primary care practice, in one office:
- Annual physicals and preventive screenings
- Same-week sick visits — colds, flu, infections, injuries
- Chronic condition management: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid
- Medication management and refills
- Lab work, EKG, and in-office diagnostics
- Hospital care, admissions, and follow-up by Dr. Hashemi
- Referrals and coordination with specialists
- Home visits for homebound Medicare patients
Insurance and cost
We are an insurance-based practice. We accept Medicare, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, United Healthcare, Regal, Workers’ Compensation, and most major PPO plans. Your visit is billed to your plan exactly as it would be anywhere else.
Concierge membership exists here, but it is entirely optional. You do not need it to become a patient, to be seen quickly, or to get good care.
